Product Introduction

1.     Static force test: Force application speed "load increase rate, and displacement increase rate", and holding pressure "fixed displacement, and fixed load" time can be set. Two cylinders can be moved simultaneously/or the left cylinder/or the right cylinder can be moved, curves can be drawn, and data can be stored.

2.     Dynamic test: A and B cylinders can be controlled at the same time/differently/independently [the two cylinders have different test times, frequencies, start time, end time, pause, and the two cylinders do not affect each other]. The wave type is a sine wave.

3.     There are two modes of dynamic test "change":

A.     Cross force mode: Comply with ISO 4210 handle/riser group test standard,

the test frequency is up to 2Hz.

B.     Alternate force mode: in line with ISO 4210 frame pedaling force test

standard, the test frequency is up to 2Hz

4.     The current data is automatically saved when the power is turned off, and the

untested times can be continued after the power is restored.

5.     After the dynamic test computer system "A, B two cylinders" pauses or stops the

test, the previous test can be continued Go ahead and test it.

6. Remote test data management and monitoring can be performed, and the test

action will not be affected if conditions permit.

7.     The check table is an independent execution file, which will not affect another

cylinder being tested.

8.     Report output format: WORD.

9.     Real-time display of test peak value: Graphical real-time display "force-time, displacement-time, force-displacement"

10.  The dynamic test computer system "A, B two cylinders" can automatically record

the maximum life curve of force/displacement And a single complete waveform,

you can set the number of times for archiving at intervals. and a single Complete waveform at shutdown.
