Product Introduction

1. Applicable to automotive drive shafts, constant velocity universal joints, ball cages, automotive half shafts, automotive drive axle housings and other Components Torsional fatigue and static torsional performance tests. Dynamic torsion enables symmetrical loop and asymmetrical loop fatigue tests. It can also simulate the dynamic torsional fatigue test under the actual working conditions of constant velocity universal joints, and the installation angle of the workpiece can be freely rotated by 360°.
2. During the test, the computer controls the test bench to proceed automatically
according to the set parameters. The screen displays torque value, angle
value, frequency, amplitude, number of loops and loading waveform, when
the set number of times is reached, it stops automatically and can output
   a report.
3. Within the maximum torque and torsion angle range of the test bench, static
torsional rigidity and strength tests can be realized, and the stiffness value
and static torsional rigidity curve, static torsional yield torque, yield torsion
angle and torsion curve can be displayed.
4. The test bench has alarms for motor overload, test torque rotation angle overload, protection shutdown, etc.
5. Main technical indicators: Maximum torque: ±5000N·m (static)
6. Torque accuracy: ±1%F.S (static)
7. Dynamic maximum rotation angle: ±45° rotation angle accuracy
8. Rotation frequency range: 0.1- 0.5-Hz
9. Load waveform: sine wave
10. Testable piece length: 500--1450mm
11. Output speed: 1- 10 rpm/min
12. Power supply: 3Ø AC 220V 50A
13. Technical conditions: Mechanical load of test specimen with variable speed
and torque, dynamic angular position of specimen, measurement of roundness,
measurement of torque, measurement of torsional gap, programmable test
    mode sequence
14. The report output is in EXCEL format.
15. Optional: measurement of the axial movement and axial force of the specimen,
    displacement force measurement
